A Centralia map

I’ve been more than a little curious about Centralia, PA for ages now. Discovering that it’s only about a three hour drive from my home hasn’t helped curb that curiosity. I’ve decided that I’ll take a trip out there some time this summer; to facilitate finding the most interesting spots, I created a Google Map based on all the information I’ve been able to find. Hopefully this will let me explore the place without getting swallowed up into a firey chasm.

I previously posted about being a guest blogger over at xkcdsucks. I’m also the admin of their IRC channel, and have developed a bit of a reputation for my love of drinking, so much so that a regular drew a comic about me:

So late…

…but last week I was guest blogger on the fantastic and infamous xkcdsucks blog. I have posted before about attending the xkcd book release party, and I guest the regulars there liked it enough to ask that I do a full review week.

The reviews are here, here, and here. I know I don’t have the most incredible writing skills in the world, but I think it was pretty decent given the subject matter.
